Candidates must have proven retail and customer service experience paired with strong leadership and team management skills to direct floor operations and delegate tasks effectively. The ideal candidate is adept at training, coaching, and motivating employees to drive sales goals and deliver precise technical repair services. Full flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is required, along with reliable transportation.
